Trainees from the Cluster member labs may be reimbursed if they participate in a course. Fill out the cluster funding request form to request funding to partipate in training opportunities, meetings, and conferences.

Neurofutures Conference 2019, Portland OR USA

July 11-13th, Oregon Health and Sciences University, Portland OR USA. We are pleased to announce that Neurofutures2019 registration is open! You can register here Early registration ends May 15th.

Neurofutures2019 will be held at Oregon Health & Science University in Portland, Oregon. Visit the website to see this year’s agenda full of fantastic speakers working at the cutting edge of neuroscience.

Posters: Graduate students and post-docs who submit a poster abstract to the conference will receive a promo code allowing them to register for free. Poster abstracts can be submitted to: poster@neurofutures.org. Abstract submissions must be received by June 15th.

Workshop: Supercharge your Research Using Data and Tools from the Allen Brain Atlas. The Allen Institute for Brain Science will be presenting a workshop on Thursday July 11th, 3-5pm. Conference attendees can register here.

Venue: Neurofutures will be held in the newly completed Knight Cancer Research Center on the Portland waterfront. The Knight Cancer Research center is served by the Portland Streetcar from the downtown area, as well as bus and MAX (light rail).

By air: Portland International Airport (PDX) has light rail (MAX) service from in the terminal to downtown Portland. Taxi and ride share services are also available.
